For

Arrival
Dates
Arrival dates
for all our programs are the first
(1st)
and third (3rd)
Wednesday of every month.
Program
orientation and
registration will be the day after arrival, that is, the first and
third
Thursdays of every month. Participants need to
arrive on the
dates listed above or
latest by the morning of the day after when program orientation takes
place.
Registration Fee
Irrespective
of the program you select, you will be required to remit USD 349.00
which is separate from the Program fee. The Registration Fee
is non-refundable and is
due once your placement details
have been sent to you. Payment of the Registration Fee
signifies your serious commitment to participate in the
program and enables us to reserve placement for you.
We do not have
pay-by-installment plans.
Making
Payment
The
Program Fees are due 60 days before your scheduled
arrival date. This time can only be shortened in rare cases -
please ask our staff.
You
have two of options for making payment of the fees.
You can either us bank electronic transfer,
or bankers/cashiers check (in US dollar funds only) or money order(in
US
dollar funds only).
Please ask your bank for these facilities - almost all banks
provide them at a small fee.
In
rare circumstances we may allow you to pay a portion of the fees to our
Country Coordinator in the country where
you want to be placed.

We
do
not accept personal checks or credit cards.
What
Do the Fees Cover?
- Pick
up from the airport;
- Airport
drop-off if you are less than 18.
- language
and culture school where appropriate;
- accommodation;
- program
safaris and tours;
- the
game safaris including gate fees where appropriate;
- Meals
- restricted to three local home meals a day while
at home.
During the
work week, you will be provided breakfast and dinner at home but you
will take care of your lunch needs while at work or away from home.

What
The Fees
DO NOT Cover
International travel; travel
to and from
project placement; airport
drop off during departure except as provided above;
private
in-country personal travel;
lunch
and other meals you need while away from home (except during
safaris); visa application
and extension fees; insurances; personal expenses such as
toiletries, leisure, bottled drinking water, soft drinks and
refreshments; local or international medical expenses; other personal
expenses; any liabilities or expenses incurred during your stay in the
country other than those clearly provided for above.
