Africa Dental
Volunteer Service Abroad
As
an overseas dental volunteer (dentists, dental hygienist, dentals
assistants, dental and dental assistant or oral hygiene students and
intern) you will
work with local staff in support of the dental health care efforts. You
can
also work as a dental or dental assistant volunteer at one of the
local
hospitals. Generally
you will assist/support the doctor/dentists or oral
hygienists in the normal
routine
of dental work e.g. examining teeth, taking x-rays, dental
cleaning, filling, tooth removal, counseling patients, providing
assurance and moral support to patients' family, disbursing minor
medicines
etc.
We have wonderful international volunteer
work opportunities
for dentists and dental technicians and hygienists in a number of
African hospital dental units. You will find the Africa
dental
and
medical volunteer abroad opportunity
enlightening and rewarding.
International
dental and medical volunteers
and overseas interns will be expected to work
for
between 3 to 8
hours a day.
Please Contact
Us for further details.
